Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

For your convenience, drop-off' appointments may be available. A 'drop off' means you could bring your pet at designated time and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours. Usually we will ask you to drop off' sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is done, she will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and to give you discharge instructions.

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. For your protection, an that of others, all dogs must be on a leash (preferably NOT a flexi-leash) and properly controlled while in the office.  All cats must be presented in an appropriate carrier or on a leash/harness.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, Scratchpay, Cash and Personal Checks.

Patient Arrival Policy / COVID 19 Policy

We want to make sure that each of our new clients has the opportunity to come into the office, if they feel comfortable entering and wearing a mask.  We feel it is important for you to meet and feel comfortable with our Doctor and staff members.  Protocols will be in place to keep clients and the staff safe and healthy.  If you do not wish to enter the office for your pet's appointment one of our staff will meet you on the porch to bring your pet in for the exam.  The Doctor can then call you, while you wait in the car, to discuss you pet's visit.  Food and medication pickup/payment will be done "porch"side.  Please call when you arrive for these items or to announce your arrival for an appointment.
